1, foundation

Since the bottom plate and the trabecular of the container are cold-formed thin-walled steel members, they are not suitable for landing on the ground. The container itself is a fully enclosed space unit. Roofing not only solves the problem of building rainwater, but also plays an important role in issues such as insulation, ventilation, and sound insulation. According to the different requirements of the container shelter, different roof structures and additional methods can be adopted. 4, exterior and exterior doors and windows

External walls and exterior doors and windows are the key to ensure heat preservation, heat insulation and lighting of container houses, and have an important influence on the thermal performance of buildings.

The container box wall should be used as a wall material support body, and can be used as a vapor barrier; when the outer wall panel is deformed, the keel should be leveled or repaired and leveled according to the actual situation. In the heating area, light insulation materials should be selected for the external insulation practices; in areas requiring heat insulation, curtain wall practices with a flowable air layer can be used.

5, external additional components

External components are generally bolted or welded on the box, easy to produce thermal bridge and acoustic bridge, so when using external insulation should reduce such components or take isolation measures, connection design should also avoid large-section metal components connected In the lightning protection design, the metal box can be used as a flasher and deflector wire.
