• Internal ceiling and wall insulation material: 100mm thick rock wool insulation lined under roof and behind the steel walls, which are paved between steel pipe frame system; 12mm OSB board covering the frame with insulation; 9mm gypsum board with painting finishing.
• Internal wall decoration: Fumigated wood boards used as decorative materials.
• Door: single swing door with double glazed glass; Bi-fold double glazed glass door with aluminum alloy frame system.
• Window: double glazed glass aluminum alloy windows with one skylight window.
• Electric system: the electric cables are pre-built and hidden in walls and ceiling, components based on UL standard.
• Flooring: Wooden floor paved based on original shipping container boards.
• Delivery: the modified shipping container was deliverd in complete type, client could use it directly after receive the cargo.
