The Containers could be combined together for larger space requirements, we will supply detailed assemble instruction materials for the roof/ floor connection area treatment.
Prefabricated Flat Pack Containers could be stacked 3 levels, and steel frame will take 4mm columns accordingly.
Packing & delivery for the Prefabricated Flat Pack Container Office:
Our factory has 2 types packing for Flat Packs, one is 4 standard 20ft Containers packed as 20ft SOC & directly load onto vessel, no need shipping container for loading; the other one is we pack 5 units flat pack into 1x40ft HQ shipping container, the flat packs could be equipped with bathroom / kitchen or other facilities which clients request.
Project onsite preparation
- Pave the project site ground in same level and strong enough to support the containers. ( FoToon Housing Service supplied 20ft modular containers is about 2 tons weight per unit.)
- Lead public electric system and plumbing system to project site.
- Mobile crane is necessary, some basic assemble tools could be supplied from FoToon Housing Service.
- Experienced electrician and plumber are necessary.
- FoToon Housing Service could arrange engineer or labors come to site guide or help clients assembling. Clients will in charge of relative fee.
