FoToon Housing Service Quality Control service

Our company's main products are all made of different types of steel. Therefore, the purchasing department is very strict in controlling the quality of steel. First, before the steel factory ships the goods, our quality inspection department will go to the site for inspection, and will allow to ship the goods if cargo meet the contract requirements; secondly, the steel factory is required to issue a qualified and valid mill test certificate for the corresponding batch of products, and a secondary inspection will be carried out when the goods arrive at our workshop. Finally, the products produced by our factory will also be tested. For example, the galvanized layer detection, or the surface painting thickness testing.

1、Container sizes:

10ft, 16ft, 20ft and 24ft sized containers available for Modular Containers; 40ft sized containers available for Shipping Containers. All container height will be high cube container sizes or based on clients’ project requirements.

2、Container applications:

Both modular containers and modified shipping containers are widely used as Labor Accommodation Room, Container Hotel, Temporary Office, Abluton Blocks, Mining Camp Cooking and Dining Hall, Prefab School and Classroom, Container Shop, etc.

3、Containers stack up:

The Modular Containers could be stacked upto 3 levels high, shipping containers could be stacked upto 6 levels high.

4、Container combination:

For projects which needs tens or hundreds units of containers, our modular containers could be connected together for larger space requirements. The connected frames’ waterproofing will be done onsite.

5、Container Roof rain water collection:

The Modular container roof frame is designed with a channel, which lead rain into roof corner fittings and then down to ground corner fitting through PVC pipe which is hidden in columns. The rain water could be collected into clients’ tanks.

6、Container Roof section and Floor base section loading capacity:

Our standard 20ft modular containers’ floor base is designed to bear 800kg/sqm; roof section is designed to bear 300kg/sqm.

7、Containers’ project onsite installation service:

Our team is able to arrange technician and labor come to clients’ project site help assembling, clients will in charge of tickets, visa, accommodation cost and daily salary.

8、Containers’ lifetime:
