1) 20ft Luxury flat pack container house
Our flat pack container house has CE certificate, Fire rating certificate,Window load & Seismic grade certificate and Steel frame strength certificate.Besides, We have exported to Australia and New Zealand, so our flat pack container house can meet the AS/NZ standard. We also have exported to USA, so our flat pack container house can meet UL standard as well.We can ship 6 units in one 40ft shipping container.

1. For luxury unit, we preweld the steel frame for roof and floor, also preinstall the floor board and vinyl floor and ceilng panel. For economical unit, you need to screw the steel frame for roof and floor together and install the floor board, vinyl floor and ceiling locally
2. For luxury unit,, you need the scrane to lift the roof during installation. For economical unit, it can be totally installed manually without any equipment.
3. For luxury unit, the size is 2.4mx6mx2.8m(WXLXH), For economical unit, the size is 3mXx6mx2.8m(WXLXH), and the width can be 4m, 5m or 6m if needed.
4. For luxury unit, the window and door are preinstalled on the wall panels. For economical unit, you need to install the window and door locally.
5. For luxury unit, the electric wires and preinstalled above the ceiling and during the roof structure and distribution board is preinstalled on the ceiling. For economical unit, you need install electricity locally.
6. For luxury unit, we can ship 8 unit in one 40ft shipping container. For economical unit, we can ship 18 units in one 40ft shipping container.
In a word, It will take more time to assemble the economical flat pack container, but it is cheaper and we can load much more units in one 40ft shipping container. So you can choose the proper one according to your specific need.
