Ceiling insulation: 130mm Rock wool insulation.
Wall panels: 60mm to 150mm sandwich panels in EPS / PU / Rock Wool/ Pir / Pur types.
Doors: security doors.
Windows: Aluminum alloy frame or PVC frame with double glazed glass.
Floor base: fiber cement boards from 18mm to 25mm thickness range.
Floor finishing: vinyl floor finishing, laminate floor, wood floor for options.
Connection: available, containers connect together for larger space.
Stack: containers could be stack up to 3 levels high.
Plans: Manager offer room, meeting room, reception area, toilets for male and female, rest room, etc.
Stair: both internal stair and external stair cases are available.
