Currently, engineers are help client making CAD drawings for a Modular Container Office project. It includes standard Office room, Manager room, Meeting room, toilets and Corridor containers.

During past years, more and more Chinese clients prefer to take containers with 3m width and full height glass walls in the corridor. A fast view for the Modular Container Office:

3. Insulated Walls: Rock Wool sandwich panel with best fire proof character.
4. Floor insulation: Rock wool paved between container floor base beams and cover whole base with galvanized steel plate.
5. Floor finishing: vinyl floor.
6. Door: aluminum security door.
7. Window: Aluminum windows with double glazed glass, screen net and security bars.
8. Electric system: the distribution box, ciruit breaker, sockets, wires could be arranged based on clients' country standards.
9. Facades: Full height glass walls and sandwich panel walls.
10. Stair case: galvanized steel structure with steps, fencing and installed inside container room.

Onsite Assemble guidance service:

FoToon Housing Service supply clients with Onsite Assemble Guidance service, we can arrange Engineer/ Labors come to project guide & help clients finish assembling work. ( For big projects with hundred units containers, or lack of workers onsite in general ). And clients will bear the cost for tickets, visa, accommodation onsite and daily salarys.
