If you want to customize a container house, we need the below details:
 
1. Dimension: Length, width, height, eave height, roof pitch, etc.
 
2. Doors and windows: Dimension, quantity, material
 
3. Local climate: Wind speed, snow load, etc.
 
4. Insulation material: EPS,PU,rock wool,glass wool.
 
5. Is there any materials that are not allowed to import into the country where the structure is planning to use?
 
6. If you have other requirements, please also inform us.

(1) Assembled loading and transportation
One 40ft HC load 2 sets assembled container house with dimension- 5850mm*2250mm*2500mm
(2) Flat-pack transportation:
Plan A: One 20ft GP load 4 sets 20 feet container houses 
Plan B: One 40ft HC load 6 sets 20 feet container house
All panels are protected with PE film, and steel structure warped with woven belt. Accessories will be packed with paper box or plastic bags. Windows and doors will be packed with wooden box.

Q: What's your MOQ?

A:Our MOQ is 4 units. Any small trial order is also welcomed and can be in a further discussion.

 

Q: Can you provide samples?

A: Yes, we can. The sample will be cost 2 times of its original price but the extra cost will be return to you once you place the order.

 

Q: How many days needed to install the Container house?

.A team of 3 experienced workers can install 5 standard units per day.

     For 20ft flat pack container house: 4 workers 4 units per day.
     For 20ft cost-effective container house: 4-6 workers 1 unit per day.
     For single storey prefab villa(100m): 4-6 workers finished all installing in 1-2 week.
     For light steel structure villa: 6-8 workers finished about 40sqm within 8-10 days.
