What Is Flat Pack Modular Container House

Flat pack Modular container House/ Office is the modular industrial prefabricated system, comprising Roof, Floor, Pillars and Wall panels (with doors/windows).

Prefab Flat Pack container dimension conform to ISO 20ft and 20ft HQ shipping container , the Roof & Floor is fabricated ready in factory. While transportation, we will take the "All in one package" solutions, which means all the components of one modular container house will be packed in one Flatpack, including 1 Roof, 1 Floor, 4 Pillars, All wall panels (including doors & windows) and all the other related accessories. The total package called SOC container and directly load into vessel.

What kind of containers could take flat pack container style?

1. The container size must be standard 20ft containers, with 6058x2438x2896mm ( L x W x H ), +/- 5mm tolerence.
2. Standard 20ft containers with 14 - 16 wall panels ( include door & window panels ).
3. If clients only need container frame with roof section, columns, floor base section, we can pack 5 units in flat packs as 20ft SOC and directly load onto vessel.
4. For big projects, we also take flat packs and facilities load into standard sea shipping container to save freight.
