1. Main frame: 3-4mm hot dip galvanized steel bending as main beams; it could upto 5mm thick for corder posts.

2. Secondary beams: 100x50mm, 80x40mm galvanized SHS or C sections as secondary beams.

3. Wall materials & thickness range: we supply clients with Polystyrene sandwich panel, Polyurethane sandwich panel & Rock wool sandwich panel as walls & its thickness ranges from 60mm to 150mm.

4. Floor base materials and insulation: 18-25mm thick fiber cement board with vinyl floor finishing, 90-100mm thick rock wool as base insulation.

5. Door: Steel security door, aluminum security door/ sliding door & swing doors available.

6. Winow: PVC windows, Aluminum alloy windows with double glazed glasses.

7. Electric system: each container has its own electric system our pre-built it in plant, the components meets clients' country standards.

8. Facilities: could be supplied based on clients' requirements.

• Public cooking & dining halls: for these 2 functional rooms, which usually request larger space. We normally connect 20ft containers together to meet, and we take full height glass walls to solve the light issue if connect too many containers together.
• Washing room: we lead public electricy stsme, plumbing pipe system into the containers. And clients could connect the pipes to washing machines.
• Saving space: our modular containers could be stacked upto 3 levels high if clients have limitation in lands, the stair cases could designed inernal containers or external containers.
