Our factory mainly produce Prefab Containers Villas, there are 2 kinds of Containers. One is Prefab Containers and the other type is Modified Sea Shipping Containers. These Containers have variety of usages, say Living Accommodation House, Temporary Office, Ablution Block, Prefab School/ Classroom, Prefab Hospital.

Prefab Containers need to be assembled on site, and Modified Sea Shipping Container could be delivered in complete and less work on site.

This project is one of our 30ft Prefab Expandable Modern Container Home, this sized container could be designed for 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen and living room.

 

A fast view of Materials for Prefab Expandable Modern Container Home:

1. Steel Structure: 3mm Galvanized Steel bending + 80x40x2mm Galvanized Steel pipe, epoxy zinc rich paint finishing.

2. Insulation: Polystyrene sandwich panel, Polyurethane sandwich panel, Rock Wool sandwich panel.

3. Flooring system: 1.8mm vinyl floor finishing + 18mm fiber cement board + rock wool insulation.

4. Facilities: shower, toilet, hand basin, kitchen cabinet. Our factory has partner for furniture, we can supply if you need.

5. Electric system: wires are hidden in walls and ceiling, distribution box, circuit breaker, sockets, switches based on clients' country standard.

6. Exterior wall decoration: PVC cladding, Fiber Cement board cladding.
