40ft HQ shipping container size: 12196x2438x2896mm ( L x W x H ).

2. Connection: these containers are connected and designed in special shape based on client's idea in mind.

3. Insulation: Sprayed Polyurethane foam, this work finished at faactory.

4. Insulation layer steel structure: light gauge steel frame.

5. Insulation layer frame cover: Bamboo composite board in different colors and figure.

6. Floor system: Sprayed Polyurethane foam inside shipping container original floor beams, cover original shipping container plywood board with 18mm fiber cement board, and then wooden floor finishing.

7. Roof/ ceiling layer insulation and finishing: Sprayed Polyurethane foam inside light gauge steel frame, cover the frame with bamboo composite board in different color and figure.

8. Door: security door and double glazed glass door.

9. Windows: Double glazed aluminum alloy sliding / swing windows.

10. Inside shipping container House facilities: all electric components, bathroom bathtub, shower, towel rack, toilet, hand basin, kitchen cabinet, customized cabinet for wardrobe.

11. General delivery: 25 to 30 working days since order and confirm receipt of deposit.

12. Service before production: FoToon Housing Service engineer will make exact floor plan / elevation drawings/ 3D drawing for confirmation.

13. Service in production: FoToon Housing Service will arrange one staff to follow up the procedure and inspect production for all orders.

14. Service after delivery: FoToon Housing Service will supply detailed instruction of assembling; and Engineer/ Workers are available go to site help assembling if necessary.
