Construction Site Worker Accommodation Container

The Containers' main usage is Construction Site Worker Accommodation, it could be separate units, or combine together to meet larger space. And Accommodation Container could equipped with bathroom ( Shower, Toilet, Hand basin ) and kitchen cabinet. These Prefabricated Containers will be pre-built in factory and assemble on site.

Accommodation Container are usually built in Construction site, Mining Camp, Oil Search site, they could be in 1 story or 2 stories.

Stair Case/ fencing system could be assembled outside container or inside containers. Our standard stair case width is 1.2m.

Walkway is usually built in 1.5m size, our factory make it in factory as a modular size 4876x1500mm. 4876mm is exact width of 2 combined containers, and steel pipe under the walkway and support it from ground.

• Clients usually make concrete base to support the Container Accommodation. Concrete piar size could be 300x300x300mm and 500x500x500mm square block. Each container need 4 - 6 blocks normally. Our factory made 20ft modular containers are about 2 tons each.
• Lead public electric system & plumbing system to construction site, prepare plumbing pipes for water system.
• Crane is necessary for assembling, which will be used for lifting whole containers to exact position, and lift the roof section over the columns, etc.
• other basic tools for assembling.

The earthquake resistance level of flat-pack container houses is 8, and the wind resistance level of flat-pack container houses is 11 (31m/s).

Our container houses can be used for heat insulation, sound insulation, cold protection and fire protection. The thickened rock wool sandwich panels are Class A fireproof. The wall panels are soundproofed >31dB, and our floor is soundproofed >44dB. They can be moved, reused and hoisted as a whole many times.
