• Bathroom floor: 18mm fiber cement board with ceramic tile finishing.
• Door: white steel security door, double glazed glass sliding door.
• Window: Double glazed glass sliding windows with tempered glass, screen net.
• Electric system: all electric components are under client's country standard.
• Plumbing system: all plumbing system under client's country standard.
• Facilities: shower, toilet, hand basin, kitchen cabinet, sofa, bed, table, wardrobe.

This Prefab Metal Building Kits includes vertical roof and walls, a 36' x 80' walk-up door, and two 10' x 10' roll-up doors. There is no delivery or installation charge. We can design your metal building to local building codes and even certify and stamp it to meet heavy wind load requirements. Each garage is designed with the highest quality materials, protective coatings, and paint to ensure strength and longevity. Site preparation or concrete work is not included in the sales price.
