The temporary modular container office is one of the most popular function for container buildings. What kind of onsite preparation are needed?

1. Pave ground into flat. There are some mountain places or slope place, will cost much in paving the ground to flat, we suggest clients making concreate piars in different locations to assure all containers in same level.

2. Make concreate piars for supporting the containers, in general it could be 500x500x500mm, 500x500x300mm. Also some clients choose to make concrete low walls in line, this is also good solution. 

3. Cranes, saw, and basic assemble tool. One standard 20ft Container unit weight is about 2000kgs, the crane must over the capacity.

4. Lead public electric system to the site.

5. Lead public plumbing system to the site.

6. Enough labors for assembling, lifting panels, electrician and labor for assembling plumbing system are necessary.
