In general, this kind of Prefab container will have finished roof panel and floor base panel, separate 4 columns, wall panels and other materials for making a Prefab Container House. This kind of building has 2 types of loading, one is pack 4 units as flat pack 20ft SOC and directly load into vessel. 75% freight is saved. The other type is load 4-6 units into 1x40ft HQ shipping container, but our factory could only load 5 units at most. Because our factory use bigger sized corner fittings, that’s why we can’t load too many units of 20ft Prefab Container Houses.

Regarding the 20ft Flat Pack SOC container house, it’s short for Self-owned container, or Shipper owned container. Each 20ft SOC includes 4 separate bundles, and each bundle will be a whole units packing. The flat pack bundle includes: 1 roof panel, 1 floor base panel, 14 pieces of wall panels, 1 door, 2 windows, electric & flooring system, PVC decoration materials.
