For example, if the customer expects the use time to be 2-3 years, they will focus on the price and ignore the quality defects of this product. On the contrary, for example, European customers have strict requirements on the frame, insulation characteristics and snow load, so they generally choose some high-quality products, which will also save procurement costs and time costs.

The right side picture shows our factory made modular container details, which includes the roof section, wall panels, floor base section and columns.

This type of corner fitting, which is our standard one for flat pack containers. It has a 100mm height bended steel plate welded to the bottom, the column will be connected to the plate in screw type. In general, we pack 4 units flat packs as 20ft SOC and directly load onto vessel.

This type or corner fitting is our second type, which suitable for modular containers load into 40ft HQ shipping containers. This type corner fitting do not have the first one welded plate, and allows more container units load into shipping container. It can bed packed as flat pack too, but cost will be a little higher.

Our factory takes 3mm hot dip galvanized bended steel frame for roof sections, which has following advantages:

• hot dip galvanized, which could upto 275g/m2 zinc coating.
• it has a channel which leads rain water into corner fittings.
• the bottom part will weld extra "C" accessaries which used for locking wall panels.

• The steel thickness could upto 6mm thick, which the Europe clients and the ones who need top quality will choose.
•  For secondary beams, we have galvanized hollow sections and C sections available.

Container floor base frame

Our factory takes 3mm hot dip galvanized bended steel frame for base sections, which has following advantages:

• hot dip galvanized, which could upto 275g/m2 zinc coating.
• it has a 60mm width channel which used for locating the wall panels in, the channel is about 25-30mm depth. Together with the roof accessaries, all wall panels will be well and strong fastened. This system gives a good explanation of our standard panel thickness starts from 60mm but not 50mm.
• It has 14 pcs secondary beams in floor base.

Customize Service:

• The steel thickness could upto 6mm thick, which the Europe clients and the ones who need top quality will choose.

For secondary beams, we have galvanized hollow sections with 100x50x2mm size or C sections with size of 100x50x2mm.

It has 3 main layers of our modular container roof system: top roof plate layer + insulation paved between secondary beams layer + bottom sandwich panel layer.

• top roof plate layer: we have 2 types of roof cover, one is 0.5mm PPGI Sheet Cover Flat Container Roof and the other one is 1.6mm Hot Rolled Corrugated Steel cover roof.
• insulation paved between secondary beams layer: we normally take 95mm rock wool as insulation or sprayed PU foam as insulation. It depends o clients' country climate range.
• bottom sandwich panel layer: we takes rock wool sandwich panel or EPS sandwich panel or PU sandwich panel as the bottom later, this will be used as internal ceiling too. Namely, people will see the steel plate while stay inside, RAL 9002 color.

1.6mm Hot Rolled Corrugated Steel cover roof

It has 4 main layers of our modular container floor base system: top floor finishing layer + base board layer + insulation paved between secondary beams layer + base cover layer.

• top floor finishing layer: we normally take 1.8mm Chinese famous branded vinyl floor, which is fire proof, water proof and anti-slipery.
• base board layer: we normally take Chinese famous branded fiber cement board to covering the floor base frame, it thickness ranges from 18mm to 25mm.
• insulation paved between secondary beams layer : we normally take 95mm rock wool as insulation or sprayed PU foam as insulation. It depends o clients' country climate range.
• base cover layer: we take 0.4mm galvanized steel plate covering whole base frame.

In order to provide customers with better insulation effect, the containers produced by our company have insulation layer at the bottom. Generally, we use two insulation methods. First, lay a 95mm thick rock wool insulation layer in the middle of the secondary beam of the container (rock wool insulation has top fireproof effect and high-quality thermal insulation effect). Second, use PU foaming technology for insulation in the middle of the secondary beam at the bottom of the container. PU foaming technology is one of the best insulation methods; and overall foaming can strengthen the bottom structure strength.

Wall panel

 

For wall panel insulation part, our factory takes EPS sandwich panel, PU sandwich panel, Rock Wool sandwich panel, PIR/PUR sandwich panel. Compared to other factories, our biggest difference is the surface PPGI thickness. Our standard steel plate thickness is 0.5mm, and this is our minimum thickness. Based on clients' requirements, we can supply upto 0.8mm thick even thicker.

The Electric wire will be hidden in walls and protected by PVC conduit. 

• Floor loading capacity: 800kg/m2.

"Flat Pack", the name is from the container packing. Each flat pack looks like a box, the container roof section as cover, floor base section as bottom and load all wall panels, accessaries into the box. Finally, the cover 4 edges with steel plate or plywood to protect internal cargo.

Our four-post flat pack container house is designed and equipped with 4 drainage pipes. We create an important drainage channel for the roof, even with heavy rain. Our top 0.5mm steel sealing panel is 360° closed; it is 100% waterproof.

The drainage system of the flat pack container house consists of four water channels and four downpipes. When it rains, the rainwater on the roof will be collected into the water channel and then flow out of the container house through the four downpipes in the corner columns, providing an orderly drainage system for better drainage and more convenient rainwater collection.

Flat-pack container houses can be stacked up to 3 layers. Our structures, columns and corner joints are stronger; you can move very safely and quickly.

The earthquake resistance level of flat-pack container houses is 8, and the wind resistance level of flat-pack container houses is 11 (31m/s).

Our container houses can be used for heat insulation, sound insulation, cold protection and fire protection. The thickened rock wool sandwich panels are Class A fireproof. The wall panels are soundproofed >31dB, and our floor is soundproofed >44dB. They can be moved, reused and hoisted as a whole many times; the service life is more than 20 years.

Packing and transporting a flat pack container house is a straightforward process, with a few key steps to follow. Here's a step-by-step guide:

1)Gather your tools: You'll need a forklift, straps, and a truck or trailer capable of carrying the container.

2)Prepare the foundation: The container will arrive in a flat pack and needs to be assembled on a flat, level surface. Make sure your foundation is ready before the container arrives.

3)Assemble the container: Follow the manufacturer's instructions to assemble the container. This will involve connecting the walls, roof, and floor panels and adding windows and doors as necessary. Ensure that the container is strongly secured to the foundation.

4)Disassemble the container: Once the container is fully assembled, you'll need to take it apart again to transport it. This involves removing the doors and windows, disconnecting the panels, and packing everything carefully.

5)Pack the container for transport: Use straps to secure all the panels and components together, and stack them neatly in such a way that they won't shift around during transport. Make sure the container is stable and balanced for safe transportation.

6)Load the container: Use a forklift to carefully load the packed container onto a flatbed truck or trailer. Make sure that the container is balanced and that the weight is distributed evenly.

7)Transport the container: Drive the container to its destination carefully, avoiding any sharp turns or sudden movements. Once you arrive, carefully unload the container using a forklift and reassemble it according to the manufacturer's instructions.
